Abstract

This study examnined the effects of a laboratory gamne on the classroom cooperative play of a four-yeat--old preschool isolate. In a multiple baseline design across groups, this preschool child was taken from the classroom daily to play an experimental gamne with a representative of each group. The results indicate that the cooperative play of dic target subject increased with each group, while teacher attention for cooperative play remained constant. It was concluded that the laboratory game <or its cotnponents) could be used to increase coopcrative play of a preschool child.
